How would you spend £22,808 to benefit people across Benfieldside, Blackhill and Shotley Bridge?

Perhaps you'd fill 446 potholes. Or, perhaps you'd resurface 2 miles of local footpaths? Or, maybe you'd build a first-class new play area for local kids, or care for vulnerable elderly people?

If you're the Reform Party, you'd spend it on an unnecessary by-election, because you're too incompetent to check your candidates are legally allowed to serve as councillors. 

Local Liberal Democrats are campaigning for Reform to pay back £22,808 of council taxes they're wasting on the by-election.
