KEN HOLROYD, a Training and Quality Assurance Adviser (retired), has lived in Carrville for over 40 years and was elected to Belmont Parish Council in May 2003. He is Secretary of the Belmont & District Liberal Democrat Group and Operations Manager of the Elvet Print Society which reproduces publicity and other material for Liberal Democrat and similar organisations throughout the North of England.

Ken is pleased to be on Governing Body of Belmont Infant School and to represent the Parish Council on Belmont Community Centre’s Management Committee.

He is keen to see a Liberal Democrat MP elected for the Durham Constituency and as Secretary of the Durham Liberal Democrats Campaign Group, works in collaboration with the Campaign Manager and other members of the group.
